Can I pause or skip a month?
Absolutely. Life happens. You can pause or skip a month anytime through your member portal. Just let us know before your next billing date, and we'll take care of the rest.
When will I be charged?
You'll be charged on the same date each month - the date you first subscribed. You'll always receive a reminder before your payment is processed.
When will I receive my monthly box?
Your box ships in the first week of every month. Delivery times vary depending on your location but you can expect it within 3-5 business days of dispatch. We'll send you a tracking notification so you always know where your wines are.
Do I know the wines and regions before I'm charged?
Yes. We reveal the next month's region mid month so you always know where you're heading next. The specific wine selections are announced shortly before dispatch.
What if I don't like the wine?
We’d be surprised - but we get it. Wine is personal. If a bottle really isn’t for you, reach out to us directly at hello@thecellaredit.com.au and we’ll make it right. We genuinely care about every box we send.
Are the wines exclusive to The Cellar Edit?
Some of them, yes. We source directly from small batch and independent winemakers -many of whom don’t sell through mainstream retailers. Some bottles you simply won’t find anywhere else.
Who selects the wine each month?
Every bottle is chosen by our in-house Sommelier with over 20 years experience in fine dining. Each selection is chosen to truly represent the region - its story, its terroir and the people behind it.
How does the 12 region journey work?
Each month you’ll receive 4 hand picked bottles from a new wine region. The journey is pre-sequenced across 12 months; starting in Barossa and ending in Georgia. You’ll always know which region is coming next along with the wines.
